COMMERCIAL

The Downtown Revitalization Project will have a combination of banking, retail, restaurant, entertainment, and office uses. The existing structures in the Downtown area will remain with the exception of the Citizens Business Bank structure at the corner of Fair Oaks and Mission and the former nursery building on El Centro and Mound.  Citizens Business Bank will be relocated temporarily during construction and restored to its corner location.

New retail will be added to the south side of Mission between Citizens Business Bank and the Ultimate Outlet building. New retail will also be added to both sides of El Centro from Edison Lane to Mound Avenue. In total, there will be approximately 12 to 15 new retail establishments to complement the existing merchants and services.

Three new restaurants with indoor and al fresco seating along with a six-lane bowling alley are planned to frame the Town Square. Finally, flexible office space is planned on Mission as well as on El Centro.  More specifically:

Building A is a two-story building with ground floor commercial space and parking. The commercial level consists of several storefronts along Mission Street, a café facing the Town Square, and Citizens Business Bank proudly anchoring the corner of Fair Oaks and Mission.

Building A1 is a two-story building with retail restaurant use at the ground level and flexible office space above.
The upper level can also be converted to restaurants – taking advantage of the terrace.

Building C is in reality two buildings:  the first building located at the corner of El Centro and Mound is three-stories with the ground level along El Centro dedicated to commercial retail and/or restaurant uses. The second, immediately adjacent building at El Centro and Edison Lane, is two-stories with the ground level along El Centro dedicated to commercial retail and/or service uses. The second level can accommodate either office or three residential lofts.

Building D is three-stories along El Centro and two-stories bordering the Town Square. The ground level commercial space consists of several storefronts along El Centro and a six-lane bowling alley on the north end opening onto the Town Square.

The Pavilion, running parallel to Mission Street, is entirely commercial and may operate as either a restaurant, or entertainment venue to activate the upper level and terrace while complementing the adjacent bowling alley in Building D.
