The Downtown Revitalization Project include 60 new residential units. 48 will be market-rate units and 12 will be reserved for Affordable Income (Moderate Designation) senior. Units are designed to cater primarily to owners without children in response to the community’s desire to discourage housing that could negatively impact the schools. Ever mindful of scale and massing, DECOMA/KMD distributed housing throughout the three-block area to further mitigate any density concerns.
